Problem: To keep up with regulations, including the introduction of new data privacy laws, the PostFinance processes and methods around identity and access management needed to upgraded.

Solution:  Implement a series of measures to improve the processes and methods for role and rights management, technical identity management, data owner training,  governance and several others.
