I am a strategic digital consultant and I focus on finding structural solutions for the customers and organisations I work with. I have worked in senior positions across Europe in a variety of industries. My fascination is to work with people in different cultures and environments to find and deliver solutions that really work, short term and long term.
I founded Illutas in 2016 to do just that: help customers discover and create new ideas and reliably deliver these. And we have done just that: over the last 7 years or so, we successfully delivered more than 30 projects, ranging from small strategy or point solution engagements to multi-million, multi-year, multi-delivery programs.

Victoria O’Connor, MBA
I am a senior management consultant specialised in banking and IT with a passion for shaping and executing strategic initiatives. I have a deep understanding of banking and the importance of progressive transformation in enabling banks to remain relevant and competitive in the future.
I am highly skilled in problem solving and solution conceptualisation and enjoy working with senior management and other stakeholders to shape and implement strategic vision. I work with enthusiasm, authenticity and in a strong spirit of collaboration with the aim of delivering great results.
In addition, Illutas has an extensive network of partners that we call on for specific requests or requirements.

Finding the right structures in processes and information and defining the levers for action and behaviour are key to finding the right solutions.
Innovation
Once the levers and structures are known, you can find better ways of solving the problems in a structural way. Sometimes this requires innovation, sometimes just common sense.
